Flashing red and blue lights on the Blendjet is a sign that the jars are not tightly closed or not closed properly. It is not because the blender broke or malfunctioned. It’s a safety feature from Blenjed to prevent any damage because jars to not perfectly closed.
Fixing Blendjet Flashing Red & Blue
To fix Blendjet flashing red & blue, check if your down arrow on Blenjet jars lines up with the arrow on the base. If you try to screw the jars clockwise and the arrow won’t line up, screw the jars counterclockwise and screw them clockwise again until the arrow aligns with the arrow on the base.
Blendjet flashing red and blue also can happen while charging if the jars did not line up with the base.
Note: Blendjet flashing red light can also sign that arrow on jars did not align with the arrow on the base.
Fixing Blendjet Button Lights Up Solid Red
Blendjet lights up solid red because the blade is blocked. To fix this flip your Blendjet upside down then flip it up again and try to run it again. It usually happens when you pun too many fruits and cause the blade can’t spin.
Blendjet Blinking Red After Charging

- Reset the Blendjet: Try performing a reset on the Blendjet by pressing and holding the power button for about 10-15 seconds. This action can help reset any internal settings or errors that might be causing the blinking red light.
Fixing Blendjet Flashing Purple
Blendjet button lights up purple and the blender does not start because Blendjet is locked. To unlock it press and hold the button for 3 seconds and wit until the lights form a circle. This locked mode to prevent blender turning on when you put it on your bag or your accidently press power button.

Normally light ring will flash red and purple a signal that it’s time to recharge the device. But when it’s fully charging but your Blendjet 2 flashes red and purple there are some possibility.
- The battery is dead. your blend jet battery may be broken, so it can’t be charged.
- Overheating. Let it cool down after charging and try to turn on the power again.
- Power issues. Try resetting your Blendjet by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
- Blendjet in Lock Mode. To exit lock mode, hold the button down for about 3 seconds.
