Flashing red and blue lights on the Blendjet is a sign that the jars are not tightly closed or not closed properly. It is not because the blender broke or malfunctioned. It’s a safety feature from Blenjed to prevent any damage because jars to not perfectly closed.

To fix Blendjet flashing red & blue, check if your down arrow on Blenjet jars lines up with the arrow on the base. If you try to screw the jars clockwise and the arrow won’t line up, screw the jars counterclockwise and screw them clockwise again until the arrow aligns with the arrow on the base.

Blendjet flashing red and blue also can happen while charging if the jars did not line up with the base.

Note: Blendjet flashing red light can also sign that arrow on jars did not align with the arrow on the base.

Normally light ring will flash red and purple a signal that it’s time to recharge the device. But when it’s fully charging but your Blendjet 2 flashes red and purple there are some possibility.

1. The battery is dead. your blend jet battery may be broken, so it can’t be charged.
2. Overheating. Let it cool down after charging and try to turn on the power again.
3. Power issues. Try resetting your Blendjet by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
4. Blendjet in Lock Mode. To exit lock mode, hold the button down for about 3 seconds.
